I don't care what century this is or will be, I can guarantee you that Kirk and Spock, if served, will love soul food. Well, maybe not Spock, as Vulcans don't eat animal flesh as he advises his 5,000 year-old love interest played by a young Mariette Hartley (from 'Taxi' with Danny DeVito) in a 1968 Star Trek episode. But he ate meat that show.
